Born and raised in San Diego I never thought I would be doing cool research that could help the world in some small way, but here I am making a good time of it. I completed my undergrad from San Diego State University in Mechanical Engineering where I exposed myself to research in MEMS , Powder Metallurgy, and bioelectrochemical systems. Now, I aim to use all these unique and cool experiences towards advancing the nano field by looking to address environmental issues via nanocatalysts. Outside of the lab, you will find me being a cooking or being a tourist. I enjoy going to shows, being outside any which way (hiking, running etc.), and of course cooking and eating.
